Brief introduction:
Ultra-high-frequencypulse of three-dimensionalsemiconductor electrodewater treatment reactortechnology belongs to the application of electrochemical technique. Compared to regulatory electrochemical water treatment technology, in our technique there were improvements in power generator and plate material. We usedthree-dimensionalsemiconductorelectrode materials and created optimal designof thereactorstructure. Our technology overcomes such issues as plate corrosion, filling electrode plate, high energy consumption of electrochemicaltreatment technology, etc. We comprehensively applied variable mechanisms, such as scale prevention, flotation, flocculation, adsorption, sterilization, oxidation, etc. By usingcurrent effect,ultra-high-frequencypulseeffects,induction fieldeffect, semiconductorlatticeeffect, etc. we increased processing efficiency, achieved a significant reduction inenergy consumption, effectivelydeal withoil and gasfracturing and acidizingfluid flowback. Such technology can be used for high difficulty industrial wastewater treatment required bychemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating and other industries.
Special features:
a. Operating costs are lower than those of conventional techniques
—— no reagent costs. Power generator uses ultra-high frequency square wave pulse technology, 60% more of energy saving
b. Effective decomposition of a variety of organic compounds
—— Such materials with semiconductor properties, as Al2O3-TiC, MnO2, SnO2, CeO2/Sb2O5 provide large amounts of free oxidation.
c. Great impact resistance of treatment process
—— Electrical, magnetic application can be adapted to changes in inflow
d. Electrodes do not fail
—— Two-dimensional titanium plates coated withruthenium, rhodium, palladium and other precious metals replace conventional
e. Internal fouling will not harden
—— Use of pulse current, positive and negative timing conversion
