Overview

SYP-2, belonging to polyether polyols, can effectively lubricate and can be regarded as an agent to formulate double-protection drilling fluids. It can be directly added into various water base drilling fluids and its common dosage is 1%-3%.

Features

Its good lubricating capability helps it to be used in directional wells and horizontal wells.

It can be applied in drilling fluids for fresh water, salt water, saturated water and sea water because it can resist salt, calcium and magnesium.

It can be applied in deep wells or super deep wells because it can stand high temperature.

It is not toxic and biodegradable, which helps to protect the environment.

It can protect oil and gas reservior.

It can match with other agents well.

 

Package and Storage

    AP-1 shall be packaged in a plastic drum. The net weights of each drum are 25kg, 50kg, and 200kg. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.

 

Safety

They shall be avoided to touch with eyes, skin and clothes. If touched, they shall be cleaned by a great amount of clean water.
